Arc flash analysis
Arc flash hazard saftey is a major concern in electrical power systems. Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) requested an study to protect workers from arc flash and shock hazards during the inspection, maintainence, and operation of energized electrical equipment.
Our study brought SGI into compliance with applicable standards for new installations (CEC), and for the safety of workers working within SGI's facilities.

Site Assessments
Assessment studies & inspections
Ennovate conducted on-site assessments of SGI's facilities, with recommendations related to existing electrical equipment. These recommendations stemmed from a short-circuit study, coordination study, and electrical hazard analysis. We provided the client with working distances/boundaries, incident energies, and approach distances to remain compliant with code and amend work practices accordingly.
